Very good at any time but especially between computer work sessions!
I like this app because it shows me to shape my arms.  I can use my 3 kg dumbbells or only my arms. Its better to exercise 5 minutes and day-to-day than longer and just twice a week. These arm workouts are a good choice for me and I hope for you, too. Thanks! 

This app along with all the other daily workouts are easy and most importantly quick. Itd be great if u guys could also make a core workout app!

Some bad moments

Riddled with obnoxious ads, that are not shown in the preview screenshots … and a disturbing privacy policy to say the least. Dont download!
Its love at first session. As cheesy as it sounds I love this app. The examples and steps it gives you to help your form and completion of the exercises are super helpful. Overall, I feel the good burn I was looking for after exercises instead of pain during. Though its only my second time Im seeing and feeling differences!
This app is awesome, my arms, and legs are soar every time I do the workout!
I really like this entire app series. Its a great strengthening workout for those days when I just cant get to the gym!
Choose your weight and length of workout. 3 different programs: its a great deal! I have been using for over a year and I still love it.
I have only been using for a week but it has been helpful. I can tell that I am getting stronger and already gaining some definition. I am doing the 10 minute workout 1/day and it enables me to get strength training at home by using this in conjunction with their other apps (butt, legs, etc). I have no complaints and recommend it.
