This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

This is the first time I’ve EVER written a review for an app - that should tell you something. This app is absolutely incredible. I see results within days when using it. Highly recommend.

The nonstop pace gives you a killer workout in just a few minutes. If you add this to a cardio routine, you can't go wrong.
These routines help me get back into a routine at a decent pace which is nice!
Just short enough to get me off couch, but combined with other daily workout apps, is enough to encourage me to continue. May give it 5 stars over time. Just began.
I liked this app because it helps you get healthier. Some of the exercises are hard but you just have to keep trying. I really like getting the 3,5,and 10 pounders out. From Natalie

Have this app on other phone Platforms also - it's really good and I like that it offers a quick 5min workout - great to use during my break time at work.
It's often hard to get back into a routine weather you've been working, studying or simply just been lazy. I love this app because it shows you and has a description of the workout one is doing. Also one can start off easy with thirty seconds and then work up from there. Furthermore considering it is free it isn't just the same set of workouts every time, you have 1 and 2 which work and challenge one differently. One does not need Internet to use the app and one does not have to pay for it. Great app

The app is normally a 5 star app and is a great way for me to get my arm exercises done every day. However, it's no longer working after the latest update.
The app just updated and now every time i open it, it just closes.

Great for quick workouts
I was looking for an app that guided me step-by-step through a series of arm workouts using 5 and 10 pound weights. This series is perfect. The videos and written instruction is informative, and the workout itself is varied enough that I won't get bored.
Love it. It's effective and efficient, and even offers variation.

This is just what I need. This is so doable in these short segments of time. I am starting with just the 5 minute session! Hard for me at the young age of 54, but I know in no time I will be able to build on it. And, in this app I can continue to move toward my goal of stronger arms and not losing muscle I want to keep in this season of life!
